To tackle such cases, we have a thoroughly enabled refund policy which is simple, straightforward, and customer-friendly.
Domestic Orders
In the case of Domestic Orders, to avail of a refund, all you have to do is approach our customer support with your order number and roughly what the problem is. The undamaged and unused items can have their money back within 15 days after receipt. After confirmation, we shall be sending a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we shall give precise guidelines on how to ship the goods back. In case you received an item that is either damaged or defective, do not hesitate to contact our staff.
We will give an RMA and return instructions after examining the problem. After receiving the damaged/defective product and confirming, one will get a refund of the total amount, including the cost of sending it back. In other forms of returns (e.g., unworn/unused), they are the ones paying the shipping cost of the item to the customer by shipping, whereas GlowlyMart ships in case of a damaged or defective item.
International Orders
The same applies to International Orders, but with certain major differences. The returned product is not subject to any customs duties, taxes, or other costs on the part of the customers. GlowlyMart will be exempt from paying these charges. Just like the domestic policy, the international products that are unused and non-worn may be back within 15 days after delivery with reference to the customer support to issue an RMA and a refund directive.
The shipping fees associated with the international returns of broken or defective products will be paid by us; however, in all other instances, the client is responsible for the shipping fees back to us. It should be pointed out that the customs and duties fees that have been paid on international orders are not subject to refund, and the refund will be in the same currency as which the order has been placed, which implies that any difference caused by changes in exchange rate will not be issuable in the form of a refund.
Refund
After confirming the receipt of the returned product and once the returned product is verified to be in good condition, we proceed to refund the product within 7 days of business days. The amount that will be refunded will be credited to your means of payment that you used initially.
